RPAS Cloud: Running Manage Directory Contents Remove All Files Incorrectly Removes Subdirectories (Doc ID 2809017.1)

Symptoms

Run Manage Directory Contents, "Remove all files" on directory "Incoming FTP Holding Area". This completes successfully.  Then run "List Directory Contents" which then fails with the error "INCOMING_FTP_PATH/input directory does not exist."

Workaround: Do not run Manage Directory Contents > Remove all files > Incoming FTP Holding Area unless your version is upgraded to 19.0.007.13 or later.
