Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

The HMRC File Submission Process has failed.
The following error is highlighted in the log file:

ERROR

Name null
Token1 null
Token2 null
Token3 null
Tried all: 1 addresses, but could not connect over HTTPS to server: transaction-engine.tax.service.gov.uk port: 443

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll>Submit a flow
2. Select the Legislative Data Group (LDG) and the HMRC File Submission process
3. Process errors out
