Symptoms
User has multiple work orders that are fully costed and accounted but components
are not interfaced to projects and shows as Pending.
In this example the component should be Not Applicable.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Run Transfer Transactions from Receiving to Costing.
2. Run Transfer Costs to Cost Management.
3. Run Create Cost Accounting Distributions process.
4. Run Create Accounting process for Cost Accounting sub-ledger in final mode.
5. Run Import Cost to Projects process.
