On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, File Import/Export

Price Charge line disappears after adding a manual charge

I've used File Import to create a line and a charge to an existing contract. When I add a manual adjustment from the front end UI, the charge record disappears.

No matching charge definition was found for the manual price adjustment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import contract with charge
2. perform manual adjustment from UI
