Symptoms

When attempting to load Derived Factors with Spreadsheet Loader,
the following error occurs.

Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Plan configuration
2. Click on Derived Factor from the Eligibility section
3. Click on Prepare in Workbook and after opening spreadsheet and connect , getting given error.
