Field "BILL_TO_PARTY_SITE_CITY_CODE" is not getting populated in Fiscal Document XML generated as following

Create a Transaction through Manage Transactions and Save

From Transaction --> Actions --> Request for Fiscal Document

From Transaction --> Actions --> Update Fiscal Attributes and submit

Go to Manage Fiscal Document

Search for Business Unit and Transaction Number

Click on Generate Fiscal Document

Download the XML from UCM server or from Scheduled Process
