OCI - SSH Session for OPC User Closed With Error "Connection Closed" (Doc ID 2809256.1)

Symptoms

 SSH private key for OPC user is accepted but the session immediately closed with error "Connection Closed".
Following logs can be seen on /var/log/secure file via console connection.
