Symptoms

When attempting to import ANY XML file via P6 Professional, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Job Status: 45151
The job request you submitted did not complete successfully.
Primavera P6 Professional

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use P6 Professional to import any XML file.
2. Observe the import completes with "Process completed successfully".
3. Observe the Job Status message that "The job request you submitted did not complete successfully."
