Fusion Global Payroll: How to Hide Pay Functions from Quick Actions After Migrating to Responsive UI (Doc ID 2809434.1)

Goal

After migrating to Responsive UI, want to hide functions like Career and Benefits, Pay from Quick Actions.

Trying to achieve it by enabling Sandbox -
1. Navigate to Configuration > Sandboxes.
2. Search/Create Sandbox and after Enter Sandbox, go to Configuration > Structure.
3. Under Me > Pay, choose the following values from list of values.
Show on Navigator - No
Show on Springboard - No
4. Save and Close.

But still they are on the Quick Actions.
