Symptoms
- Oracle provide always free resource of 2 Block Volumes Storage, 200 GB total as per public document https://www.oracle.com/cloud/free/#always-free
- You create a boot volume/block storage using this Always free storage 200 GB
- When checked in Cost analysis report, created boot volume ocid is shown in billing which should be ideally free as part of 200 GB
