Failed ItemCre Message Not Showing Up on MPS Message Screen on the Web Client (Doc ID 2809473.1)

Symptoms

Messages that have failed to processed or pending displayed on the SIOCS Web Client on the MPS STAGED MESSAGE screen does not pertain to the filter selection criteria if the number of records exceeds the search limit of 999.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that all the message are displayed for the user admin to take the necessary action.

Steps to Reproduce:

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE WHERE MESSAGE_FAMILY = 'Items' AND PROCESSED = 'N' AND RETRY_COUNT > 0;

1. Login to SIOCS Web client
2. Navigate to the MPS Staged Messages screen
3. In the Search criteria, select the following:

Family = Items
In/Out = Inbound
Search Limit = 999 (Max )
Show Pending = No
Show Retry = Yes

4, When the results display in the GRID, filter the Type columns to show only ItemCre type
5. Sort by the Create Time/Update Time

The latest messages are not displayed. The list does not include all the ItemCre messages that fit the search criteria.
