Users are not able to Edit Price on Return Orders (RMA), the original order was imported using FBDI, with 'Y'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create order through FBDI with freeze price flag set to 'Y'.
2. Order orchestrated through to closure.
3. A RMA is created for the order.
4. Users are not able to edit price.
