ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The prerender service does not work from the outside on OCM Native instances.
Noticed difference in behavior between OCI and OCI Native instances when trying to simulate access from the outside and use prerender service.
Sample: Using this command
Using OCM instance. Works.
curl --user-agent "Googlebot/2.1 (+http://www.google.com/bot.html)" -L https://<instance_name>-<identity_domain>.cec.ocp.oraclecloud.com/site/<sitename>
Using OCM Native. Don't Work. Timed out.
curl --user-agent "Googlebot/2.1 (+http://www.google.com/bot.html)" -L https://<instance_name>-<identity_domain>.ocecdn.oraclecloud.com/site/<sitename>/
