Symptoms

When attempting to login into Team Member, via mobile device (iOS and Android), the following error is encountered:

ERROR

SSO session has expired

STEPS OR EVENTS THAT LEAD TO THE ISSUE OCCURRING

1. Open Team Member App on iOS or Android device
2. Attempt to login
