Goal

Whenever a job definition is created , SYS_executePast parameter can be
selected from System Properties list.

Is there a way to have this parameter set to false by default , so customer
don't have to set it when he declares a new job ? (e.g
SYS_effectiveApplication is set to EssNativeHostingApp by default)
