Secure Global Desktop (SGD) not engaging (Doc ID 2809696.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Secure Global Desktop (SGD) not engaging.


It keeps spinning, even after clearing cookies, cache, etc.
In Chrome, it flashes but it doesn't allow the user to click on Open.
In Edge, when clicking Open, it just keeps spinning.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

A box should show in any browser to request allowance for SGD to connect to the server.

The user should be able to click yes, but, it flashes quickly and disappears.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login to P6 Professional via SGD.
2. Observe a window flashes and disappears.  The option to click "Yes" to allow SGD connection does not appear.
