Response via E-Mail for the Summary Payment Applications Type Cost Record Changes the Amount to "$0.00"

On Unifier : Version 21.3
When actioning a Payment Applications type cost record, which is utilizing the Schedule of Values (SOV) type Summary Payment Applications (SPA), by way of Response via E-Mail:
The record should be actioned and the Amount should not be changed to "$0.00".
After the action is taken the Amount in the record is changed to "$0.00".
Note that this only happens when the record is actioned by way of Response via E-Mail. When the record is actioned through Unifier the Amount does not change.
