Symptoms

In  Workforce Management (WFM). when  finish an activity in WFM (manual),
the  OUT record  is generated with the following error message.

error_msg: Msg 101007




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to module ClockView  -  screen Clock   or use RF clock
1. Clocked into facility.
2. Clocked into work area.
3. Clocked into activity vas (or manual).
4. Clocked out activity vas ( or manual.)

Go to UI:HTML Stage Track Record.
    See error_msg: Msg 101007
