On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Approval & Notification

Action button and the drop-down list is not available when Auto claim is enabled on Configuration



Changes

a. Login to BPM worklist as BPM Admin user and select RequisitionApprovalHumanTask Task
b. Click on Configuration tab - check if check box "Enable Auto Claim" is selected.
