Data Access Set Not Working For Financial Report (Doc ID 2809820.1)

Symptoms

Users created a Data Access Set with specific Legal Entity values which are found in different Ledgers

They  generate a Financial report with a user who is assigned this Data Access Set, but the report is showing the information of all the Legal Entities of the different Ledgers based on the Ledger Set
