Incorrect User Name Value in the Usage Tracking Init Block Table in Oracle Analytics (Doc ID 2809834.1)

Symptoms

Usage Tracking is configured via the Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Console > System Settings > Usage Tracking.

The Usage Tracking Init Block Table is getting populated but it is observed that for most - not all entries - the USER_NAME column in the table has the value 'BISystemUser', while the remainder (a less number) of entries have the actual name of the user who logged into OAC.
