Symptoms

In Rulesets that have rules with both hidden RTPs and non-hidden RTPs.

When a Ruleset is run explicitly or through a form without selecting any Column, it only displays the prompt which is intended to be displayed and all other prompts were hidden and fixed on some members in Ruleset.

However, when any column in form is selected and the Ruleset is launched, all prompts including the hidden RTP are shown. Ideally, it should only display the non-hidden RTPs since the others are hidden.
