Inactive Transaction Sources are showing up in search list on Manage Credit Memo Applications Page.

There are some seeded Receivables Transaction Sources which were end-dated and inactivated. Those do not show in the transaction page, nor in the search on Manage transactions page but the sources are showing up in the search on Manage Credit Memo Applications Page.

How can those be removed?
