On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Impairments

When attempting to post an impairment reversal,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"You can't charge impairment reversal to the asset 111111 because the net book value is greater than the recoverable amount."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Impair Assets task and create a new impairment reversal transaction for an asset which already has Impairment Reserve
2. fill in the spreadsheet
3. submit the data
4. the process fails with the above error in ESS.
