SMS Campaign Sending Failed With Error "412 Precondition Failed" While Launching Campaign (Doc ID 2809985.1)

When attempting to launch the campaign for sending SMS, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Responsys UI

2. Navigate to Manage Campaigns

3. Select the Campaign

4. Click on Launch button
