On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Details page of the Created Call Report in Workspace > Activity, The Description field is not aligned properly, it is aligned in center unlike like details page of the Log a Call in Workspace > Activity which is aligned properly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Description field to be aligned left.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Enable Activity Description field on Call Report Detail Page on Activity
Object
Create a Call Report from Workspace
Navigate to Detail Page
Activity Description field is aligned in the middle
