On : NA version, Cloud: GBUCS to OCI Migration Issues - App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to use Microsoft Word/Excel BI Publisher add-on to connect to BIP instance in cloud, getting an error message when attempting to enter user credentials and Report Server URL.

Error
--------
Error while trying to access Report Server Location. The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel. 
Report Server Location is:
https://<>.unifier.oraclecloud.com/<>/xmlpserver

STEPS
--------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open BIP by click Login (from MS Word)
2. Enter User Name and Password
3. Enter URL for Server
4. Observe the error
