ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

HR user is unable to see future dated hire person with person number 100010 in search person management with future date
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

HR user should see future dated hire person with person number 100010 in search person management with future date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) HR User searches for a person with first name 'XXXX' whose hire date is today
2) The person record is queried and user has shared screenshot of person record
3)HR User searches for a person with person number '1****0' whose hire date is in future with effective date in search as future date
4) The person search is not returning any results.
