VendorOUCre RIB Message Structure (Doc ID 2810175.1)

Goal

In MFCS, when adding a new org unit to a vendor, in the VendorOUCre type message, RIB is sending VendorDesc message with VendorHdrDesc and VendorOUDesc tags. But as per message structure given for VendorOUCre in the Oracle document, it only has the VendorOUDesc tag details.

Please confirm the message structure.
