Unifier Notifications and Task Emails Are No Longer Being Received (Doc ID 2810212.1)

Unifier users with proper User Preference settings have reported that they are no longer receiving Unifier Notification and Task emails.

Users should be receiving Unifier Task Emails and Notifications as determined by their User Preferences.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. A Unifier user is copied on a Business Process Record and sent a Task Notification.
  2. Or a Unifier user configures their User Preferences to receive Unifier notifications for various tasks, operations, etc.
  3. Users report that they are not receiving these expected Notifications or Task Emails from Unifier.
