Symptoms

On Unifier : Versions 19.12.x and 20.12.x

When trying to Open a workflow type Business Process record where a user has View permission:

Expected Result

The record should open without incident.

Actual Result

An Alert pops up that reads: Alert You Do not have permission to access this record

In Admin(istration) mode it is observed that the workflow schema Setup for the Business Process in question has been Deleted.
