Information in this document applies to any platform.
While trying to upload a document to a shipment, the below error is received.
Steps to replicate:
1. Search for and select a shipment
2. Select Actions -> Upload Document
3. Locate the document on the file system, and select 'Upload'
4. Receive an "undefined error" in the logs and the above error in the web log.
