ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Pay Incorrect for Absences crossing Midnight

Employees who have shifts that cross midnight will enter an absence for that shift. It should pay for the entire shift, but, payroll is only paying up to midnight and the time after midnight is paid on the next pay period.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The employee should be paid for the full absence on the start day.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Absence is for 8 hours from 10 PM to 6 AM
2. Absence is getting calculated only for 2 hours
3. It should consider 8 hours of absence
