Approved Contracts Not Reflecting The Correct Status, Still Showing As "Pending Approval" (Doc ID 2810385.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Approved Contracts not reflecting the correct status, still showing as "Pending approval"

We have some examples of Contracts in PROD that have gone through a new version amendment and after the approval workflow is completed they are still showing a status of "Pending approval".

The BPM for these workflows were interacted within to reassign one of the approvers, this person approved them and then the rest of the workflow completed but the Contract didn't update the status to reflect the approval being actioned.

Can you please let me know how we reflect the correct status of these Contracts.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contract should be in Active status as all the approvers have approved the contract.
