Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Manage Benefits

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Configured Eligibility profile at Program Level.
The eligibility profile have a derived factor condition: FTE >= x.

With this eligibility profile, life event cannot be processed because it directly goes to “processed” status.
When removing the FTE condition from eligibility profile, everything works as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Life event should be processed successfully having the eligibility profile with the derived factor condition: FTE >= x

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. attach eligibility profile with derived factor at program level
2. process life event - goes to processed status for few employees

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process life event.
