Symptoms

Customer is using Native printing engine in order to download the report into the Excel format. While trying to download the report into the excel format, the request is getting failed with the following error.

Exception in "<Region>":
Error Stack: ORA-20987: APEX - Error during rendering of region <Region Name> - Contact your application administrator.
