All Interactive Dashboard Tabs Like Email, SMS & MMS Are Not Visible (Doc ID 2810467.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to access all Interactive Dashboard tabs like Email, SMS & MMS, Mobile Apps, Mobile Apps Analytics, Web Push ...etc even though user have necessary Roles. Instead only Multi-Channel and List Analysis tabs are displayed

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to Responsys Application with the user having below Roles assigned

2. Go to Insight>>Interactive Dashboard
3. Oracle BI Interactive Analytics Dashboards window opens
4. Only Multi-Channel and List Analysis tabs are visible
