FA: SCM: OM: Orchestration Process Does Not Start And Line Stuck At Created Status

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The orchestration process is not starting for new sales orders. The order line is stuck at Created status and all of the tasks show status of Not Started under the Orchestration Plan.
The expectation is for the line status to progress to Scheduled->Reserved->Awaiting Shipping for a standard orchestration process.
