Symptoms

There are Salary transactions failing with the below error message in the Transaction Console Log:

Text : JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.TxnValException, msg=JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.
Action : Contact Oracle Support with the detailed diagnostic log fault message and request them to work with Manage Salary product area team to resolve this issue.
