Audit Report for France ending in error

A system error occurred. Contact your help desk. Details: A system error has occurred in the program jefr_jelines_rpt_pkg.beforeReport , ORA-20001: XLA-870557: A system error occurred. Contact your help desk. Details: A system error has occurred in the program jefr_jelines_rpt_pkg.beforeReport -> GL Date from Not able to derive from the period name,application id and ledgerid, ORA-01403: no data found.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Audit Report for France with no parameters as the parameters are not displayed
