Item Dimension Package Type Not Displayed on Item Supplier Countries Screen (Doc ID 2810892.1)

Symptoms

Item Supplier Countries screen does not display the package type in the Dimensions section when LENGTH, WIDTH and HEIGHT are NULL for the package type but weight is defined.

Steps To Recreate:
1 - setup dimension to any item / supplier / country of origin
2 - observe that the field Package Type is not displayed, despite having the information in the tables. 

Note: the issue is specific to when LENGTH, WIDTH and HEIGHT are not defined for the package type, but other details aredefined like Weight.
