LoginID Is Set To Null Or N/A When An Employee Is Created In Xoffice

In Xtore Office Cloud:
LoginID is set to null or N/A when creating a new employee in Xoffice. There is no field to enter Login ID when creating new employee in Xoffice.
Steps to Reproduce:
2. Click Data Management - Data Manager.
3. Click Data Management - Type *:* in Organization Node and click Next.
4. Click Employees - Add new.
5. Enter the necessary information.
--> Notice that there is no "Login ID" form.
--> In the Review section,, "Login ID" set as N/A.
There should be data field for Login ID as per Xoffice User Guide.
