Inventory by Location Screen Does Not Return Results and Throws Status 503 Network Error (Doc ID 2810948.1)

Item inventory by location window does not show results and keeps running. Sometime later, it throws the status=503 error.

"A connection to the server has failed. (status=503)"

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into RMS
2. Go to the inventory folder
3. Go to inventory by location screen
4. Search for 1 item in all locations.
5. The application returns the result in 5 minutes sometimes and get a connection error in some cases.
6. Even the results come back in 5 minutes after for 1 item is too long.
