Symptoms
On : 21.3 version, Core Product Functionality
Export Documents do not print for entire load.
When using the built-in reports Shippers Declaration and Commercial Invoice on a load with 4 different stores, after patch bundle 21C.09b, which includes the fix from Bug 33209189, the reports error.
ERROR

The Shippers Export Document displays error message "generate_sed_pdfv1() got an unexpected keyword argument 'ob_stop_id_list'"
Commercial Invoice displays error message "generate_comm_inv_pdfv1() got an unexpected keyword argument 'ob_stop_id_list'"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run reports Shippers Declaration and Commercial Invoice
2. Get error
