Symptoms

When attempting to Update Salary with HDL, the following error occurs:

oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.ApplcoreException: JBO-FND:::FND_CMN_INVALID_ATTRB_API_SERV:
The value of the attribute SalaryBasisId: Components are required for this salary basis and hence isn't valid.

There are no components being loaded in the .dat file.
