Unable To Access Visual Builder Studio Instance After Switching From IDCS Users To Users Federated In IDCS (Doc ID 2811446.1)

Symptoms

After switching the users from IDCS to users federated in IDCS, the users are no longer able to access to Visual Builder Studio, although the login is successful.

Instead of landing to the initial page of VBS, the User Interface just shows a spinning icon without anything else happening.
