On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Workforce Scheduling
Getting error when click on Publish under Team schedule via Line Manager
Summary:
While try to Publish the schedule from Action drop-down under Quick Action>Team schedule via Line manager.
We are getting the below error :
An error prevented the schedule from being published. Try publishing again and if the problem persists, contact your help desk.
My custom line manager role has below privileges added already:
Manage Planned Schedule
Manage Scheduler Profiles
Manage Team Schedule
View Published Schedule
Please share us the privileges/duty role in order to achieve our requirement.
