Symptoms

Load interface file for import is filing to load interface lines and distributions.

Log shows:

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL.
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (???)

Record 2: Rejected - Error on table RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL.

value used for ROWS parameter changed from 64 to 9
Record 1: Rejected - Error on table RA_INTERFACE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL, column AMOUNT.
ORA-01722: invalid number

Record 2: Rejected - Error on table RA_INTERFACE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL, column AMOUNT.
