ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to drag or move the chat icon from right to left in career site

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Based on setup >> Enable Chat dragging user should able to drag or move the chat icon from right to left in career site

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. enable ODA or chat in application
2. Activate sandbox >> go to digital assistance >> verify the setup >> enable >> Enable Chat dragging
3. Now go to Recruiting setup >> Candidate Experience >> Career Site setup >> edit >> Enable Digital Assistance
