"Re-Transmit Tender" Action - Not Possible To Performed On Multiple Shipments (Doc ID 2811850.1)

In Oracle Transportation Management Cloud version, while performing 'Re-Transmit Tender' action when selecting more than 1 shipment, it allows re-transmit action to perform for the first shipment selected out of many in the Re-Transmit Tender page. There is no possibility to click the 'Next' button after selecting more than one shipment and execute the re-transmit tender action accordingly which was possible in on-premise versions.

For example, one could demonstrate a scenario in the following manner:

--Created 3 Order Releases
--Plan the orders with seeded parameter set and 3 shipments created
--Select all the 3 shipments and execute the tender process by performing the action 'Secure Resources'
--Then perform the action "Re-Transmit Tender" by selecting all the shipments together.
--Out of 3 shipments, Re-Transmit Tender could execute for 1 Out Of 3 shipments in the Re-Transmit Tender page.
